Bundled up for the season - had no idea how long this winter would be.  It really delayed me.

Upper fridge vent area is being converted to an access hatch.  I'm framing it in with extruded aluminum L beams. One round to go over the edge of the exterior aluminum, a second to create a flange on the inside that the door will seal against.

This shows the beginning of the door... still lacking a plywood square.

Finishing off the running lights - got a bunch of larger light sockets, pulled the middle wire and plate out, dremeled it down to the right size, got new springs at Ace Hardwoare.
Wow that looks nice!  well polished base, new lens off ebay.
Not done, but road-worthy!  Off we go on a first voyage!
